Lust Have It March 2014

A small package wrapped very unprofessionally in a bubble bag finally found its way to my mailbox yesterday afternoon causing me extreme disappointment and leaving me with writing this post. Before I say anything more lets see what I actually received this time.

Yup thats all I got tiny little samples and two full size products a chap stick and a Bloom Eye Definer.LHI asked on Facebook What people would like to receive this month out of Bloom Concealer kit or Bloom Eye Definer?Well since the choice was given I asked for Bloom Concealer Kit and as you can see I obviously did not get that instead I ended up with Eye definer that I wont bother using in DARK BROWN colour.

Klara Kiss Proof Lips 05:- On the card it says KLARA GREEN APPLE PEEL SENSITIVE (A Typo mistake).I'am a queen of bright colours and I'm looking forward to put this much raved product to test.

Chaptick Strawberry Lip Balm SPF 15:- As much as I like lip balms I don't like to see them in beauty boxes especially the one that I can pick up on my grocery shopping.

Orly nail polish in Color Hair Band:- Seriously GLITTERS? when everyone else got beautiful bright colours.

Aveda Intensive hydrating Mask:- I Love Aveda products but not the size of there samples. Its way too small only 7ml and unfortunately my tube is half empty.

Recoverlyte  by Gastrolyte :- Tropical Flavoured Powder Drink. I don't have late nights anymore I'm usually in bed by 9 pm so No Thanks. This is a big NO NO in a Beauty Box.

Overall I'm not happy with this months package at all and hoping that next month would bring some changes.

Have you received your LHI box/package? Are you happy with it?

Bellabox March 2014 Review

Its that time of the month again when all the beauty boxes I'm subscribed to start landing at my door step and Bellabox has to be the first one as usual.

This months theme is Beauty Diary.Lets see the new packaging first, A nice combination of aqua colour and dots I LOVE IT the box itself is quite firm and will be used to store some of my samples.

Moving on to the contents in my box here is everything I received

Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner, Romy Bath Gel, Australian Bush Flower Eye Serum

Pantene Aqua Light Shampoo And Conditioner:- My least favourite I'm not a fan of Pantene at all due to the damage it caused my hair in past + I have long, thick, dry and curly hair and these two are actually for fine hair so these are clearly not my type of products.

Wow Bath Mandarin And Lime BY Romy:- Smells heavenly WoW I love mandarins and this will be used in no time.

Australian Bush Flower Intensive Eyes Serum:- Organic +Aussie I love organic products and always looking out to try something new so I will definitely give this one a go.

Model Co Lipstick, Phytomer Wrinkle Correction Cream, Paw Paw Gel

Model Co Party Proof Cream Lipstick In TRUFFLE:- This is my first lipstick ever from Model Co that has a little built in mirror and gives great pigmentation and is very creamy too. This was the only product I knew was going to be in the box. When I heard BellaBox was going to send lipsticks out in march box My instant thought was that I will end up receiving a colour that I wont even Use but I was wrong I'm actually loving this colour.

Phytomer Expert Youth Wrinkle Correction Cream:- I have never heard of this French brand before HAVE YOU? Its for all skin types and will decide later if I will use it or not.

Naturalus Paw Paw Pure Gel:- A bonus sachet as usual and personally I don't Like to receive sachets regardless of its being bonus or not.My hubby burnt his hand last night and He is using it already and let me tell you its so runny and messy but it does seem to soothe his open wound.

Overall I'm Happy but not very excited as I have seen some other people receiving great full size products and sadly this is my last box as I have cancelled my subscription with BellaBox.

Have you received your BellaBox ? Anything similar to mine? I would love to see so drop me your review link in comments.

Colette Hayman's Eyeshadow Collection Review.

What's the first thing that comes into your mind when you hear "Colette" by colette Hayman"? Well I hear you saying gorgeous handbags and dazzling jewellery at affordable prices.Seriously don't you love all her high end collection? Well, I really do and everytime I visit the store I never come out empty handed.

Last time I went to Colette's I picked up few handbags and these gorgeous eyeshadow quads. Before I start my verdict let me show you whats so cool about these quads.

L-R Black,Brown,Peach (I dropped the 3rd on the right twice so its bit broken)

Can you spot something different? ahaaa LED LIGHT wow never seen this kind of quad before Have YOU? Each of these quads are well equipped with led lights.

On to the price first they are only $2 each I mean seriously $2 for a quad from colette hmmm sounds like a bargain.Although the original price is $8.95 each they have been down to $2 for a while now.
Packaging is light weight, beautiful and each quad comes in with an inbuilt led light+mirror and a little two sided brush. The colours are very very pigmented and contains shimmer. They do last for about 4-5 hours and than starts to crumble but it did not seem to bother me at all.

Do get them when you are in store seriously you wont regret.

Do you have these quads already? What do you think of these beauties?

Hey Beauties,

Last Month on my way back home from NewZealand I picked up CHARCOAL MASK by ORIGINS from Auckland Airport.I have been using it for over a month now and thought I'll tell you what I think of it.

Product Says:-When environmental toxins, dirt and debris get under your skin, its waste-filtering system gets jammed, pores get clogged, skin looks cloudy. Nature's complexion clean-up crew gets to the bottom of skins overcast condition and clears the way for it to act its best. Activated Charcoal acts like a magnet to draw out deep-dwelling pore-cloggers, White China Clay absorbs environmental toxins, Lecithin dissolves impurities. Without all that "stuff" down there, skin breathes a sigh of relief.

Packaging:- Grey colour product comes in a 100 ml tube.

How Do I Use It:- I normally use it straight after I have shower at Night time when my pores are open.Product Formula is very smooth and silky. It's extremely easy to put on and take off as well. The amount I use is the size of one dollar coin.If I'm using it during the day I would wash my face with warm water and put a warm cloth on my face to open up the pores.Layer on and wait till its all dry and wash it off followed by a moisturiser.

My Thoughts:- I was initially using it once a week and did not see any major improvements on my face but then I started using it twice a week.the active charcoal does clean the pores well and I can see my pores and blackheads are smaller in numbers too.It instantly smoothes and tighten up my face. I have also noticed that my face looks much clear and brighter after each use although I look like a ghost everytime I have it on my face due to its dark grey colour.I do have very sensitive+dry skin and so far I had no breakouts not even once.

This mask has earned its own space in my skin care routine. It does what it actually saysDo You Use This Product? If Not What Do You Use To Clean Your Pores?

without a doubt in my opinion.I'm obsessed with origin products and this has to be my top favourite product from there collection.

The only thing I would like to point out is that this charcoal mask is quite expensive I paid about $70-$80 in NZD but if you are buying it in Australia its only $34.00 and you can buy it here.

Will I Buy It Again?

Loreal False Lash Butterfly Wings Mascara Review

Hello Hello,

I finally got time to review Loreal False Lash Butterfly Wings Mascara that I recently picked up from Priceline.I have been wearing it everyday ever since I got it.

Products Says:-
False Lash Effect
Instant Fluttery Volume
Winged Eye Look
No Clumping

Lets talk about the packaging first its a combination of black/silver colour and very light weight...the wording "BUTTERFLY WINGS" on the main packaging caught my eyes. Its an oval shape silver tube that has black lines on it just like butterfly wings and its quite attractive to me.Mine is non waterproof but it also has a waterproof version too.

Mascara brush is asymmetrical and has two types of rubber bristles SHORT AND LONG. The longer side has two wings as you can see in the picture below.I have been using short bristles for my inner lashes and long bristles for the outer lashes and it gives an instant long lashes with only one coat.

L-short bristles R-long bristles with two lifted up wings

Talk about the volume I quite honestly was not able to get much volume by using this mascara but at the same time was happy to see a little wing at the end of my lashes.I did not use lash curler at all to achieve this look.

After one coat only without curling eyelashes

I wore this mascara for atleast 10 hours straight and only experienced small clumps otherwise the mascara stayed in place and did not weigh down my lashes at all.I bought this mascara from Priceline for $25.95 and you can also buy it online here.I will keep on using this mascara until I run out of it and will try something else for a change.

Do you use this mascara? What are your thoughts?

Vaseline Intensive Care Spray Moisturiser Review

If you are like me who is not a fan of pumping moisturiser out of a bottle than you will be happy to know that vaseline has finally invented a moisturiser in a spray bottle. I picked up Dry Skin Care Spray by Vaseline from Coles for $7.99. I have been using this for almost two weeks and wow this is my favourite of the month already.

Vaseline Intensive Care Spray Moisturiser

This spray is so convenient and easy to use all you need to do is to hold 10 cm from you skin and spray all over your body in one motion and quickly rub in to moisturise your skin and thats it you are done in one go not like the traditional lotions that you have to rub a dub.One great thing I'm loving at the moment is that its so easy to use on my back.

This is literally a spray and go product that absorbs into your skin in seconds you don't need to slather too much of moisturiser and spent ages rubbing it.I have not seen anything like this before so I can't get enough of this bottle. It hydrates and leave my skin moisturised really well.

The scent in spray is so lovely and light and is not overpowering like some of the other I have used in past.Another great thing about this bottle is its very light weight you can put in your handbag to work.

Spray Moisturiser comes in three different variates for you to choose from:-

Intensive Care Spray Moisturiser Dry Skin Repair (light Scented)
Intensive Care Spray Moisturiser Aloe Soothe (Subtle Scent)
Intensive Care Spray Moisturiser Cocoa Glow (Stronger Scent)

Absorbs in seconds
Light weight
Easy to use
Three varieties

Pricey ($9.99) for a bottle of 190g
Can be slippery if it goes on the floor (so keep the bottle close to your body when spraying it on)
Does not contain SPF

I can see myself already picking up this product when I'm done with this bottle.

What do guys think? Have you seen this around?

Lust Have It February 2014 Review

Hello Beauties,

Late but so far the best box of the month finally landed at my doorstep last week. The Lust have It Box came quite late this month and once I received it I did not get time to review it straight away. The box also had a little note in it about the new packaging coming up in april.

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel Sensitive (Deluxe Size Sample) RRP $65.00 60 ml For all skin types says to exfoliates and refines to reduce the fine lines and wrinkles and lighten hyper pigmentation.I have a very sensitive skin so I'm glad that I can actually use this product and not just keep it.This was the only product that I knew that was going to be in the box rest were just surprised.

The Cosmetic Kitchen Eyeshadow And Brush (Full Size Products) RRP $22.50 each I was looking forward to receive a brighter colour eyeshadow but it turned out to be a light golden colour (Celebrity).I love bright colours but this colour is way too light for my skin tone so I'm yet to decide if I will keep it or pass it on.The great thing about these products are being cruelty free and certified vegan.I also received a contouring brush from there eco bamboo range and I tell you I love the brush its so soft and light reminds of my Ecotools brush I once had.

Vaseline Ultimate 10 Anti Ageing Body Lotion RRP $16.29 750 ml I personally have not used this particular product but have seen it around. It contains AHA, pro retional and vitamin b3 to effectively protects, restores, brightens and tightens skin while giving immediate relief from dryness.I'am already using my Vaseline body spray at the moment which has been blessing for my dry skin so I'm keeping this to use it later once I'am done with my Vaseline spray moisture.

Hand Spa Bijoux (Hand Wipe) RRP $1.50 is a japenese product and I'm a biggest fan of japenese products. This product is made of 100% natural cotton non-woven fabric which has premium cellulose continuous fibre construction. This product came with no instructions on how to use it so what I did was held this wipe in between my both hands for 10 minutes and saw no instant results maybe one wipe was not enough.

Clairol Professional Color Radiance Shampoo RRP $13.95 250 ml helps to protect coloured hair from fading and shifting for long lasting brilliant colour.I recently had my hair coloured so it will be interesting to see if this products does what it says.

Clairol Professional Transition Creative Spray RRP $9.95 300 ml is a strong hold spray which remains flexible for upto one minute after application to allow for any last minute adjustments. Its a decent size bottle and will be used in no time.

What do you guys think of february lust have it box? Did you receive anything different?

Priceline Mini Haul

Hello Beauties,

Just a quick post to show you what I picked up from Priceline this week..

Loreal False Lash Butterfly Wings Mascara (At the bottom in the picture above) The wording itself really caught my eye.I really like the sound of butterfly wings.I still have not tried it yet but I'll let you know how I go with this product.

Loreal Colour Riche Range God knows how much I adore these cute little bottles with a touch of gold class (cap) and every colour of this range.I already have few from this range but obviously they were not enough so here I have added three more to my collection.

Revlon Parfumerie I'm sure most of you have already seen this little fellow and in other colours too.I'm very excited to have a little play with this gorgeous colour.I only picked up one because I was not sure if I was going to like it or not.Apart from this colour there are 23 more colours to pick from in 3 irresistible fragrances such as Fruits and Florals,Sweets and Spices and Freshes.

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in White on.I was in desperate need of white nail polish so here is my pick.

Revlon Nail Art Chalk Board when I was a little girl I loved drawing with colourful chalks so I was really happy to bring this monster home.

Essie Nail lacquer every nail polish lover has a bottle of Essie somewhere in there collection I'm a huge fan of Essie so here are my two picks and let me also tell you they are on 20% at the moment at Priceline.

Maybelline Express Remover (new product) I ran out of my old nail polish remover by sally hansen the other day so i could not resist buying this cute little jar to make my life bit easier.

Do u have any of these products already?
